If you were given one wish, what would you wish for? There was a TV ad that showed a person using the one wish a genie gave him to manifest a pack of gum. Instead of seeking his hearts desire, he asked for something trivial. How many times a day do we do the same thing? We make wishes that are not for our best interest and often harm someone else in the process. If we knew that one of our wishes would come true, only we wouldn’t be told which one, would that change our thinking process?

The Nine of Cups is also known as the wish card. It is a two-edged sword that warns that one of our wishes will be granted, however, you never know when or what wish will be heard. Positive and negative wishes carry equal weight in the eyes of the Divine. When we wish for love, success or health, we must make sure that it doesn’t do harm to another. By trying to seize their free will, we only create negative consequences for ourselves. However, when we wish a blessing be sent to another, it not only creates a miracle in the other person’s life, but opens the door for our dreams to be answered as well. The Nine of Cups also warns that a wish could lead to heartbreak, disappointment or a long delay in manifesting.

The Nine of Cups also represents the nine muses, the Goddesses of inspiration and creativity. As the triple Goddesses are tripled, it foreshadows success and material gains, but also gives the warning to be wary of selfishness and greed. Being the most feminine card in the deck, it is connected to the Moon and to the Hermit cards – as it speaks to the heart’s desires and inner dreams. It tells that your dreams have already manifested in your heart and it won’t be long before they appear in your reality.

Sometimes we don’t know what our heart truly desires. We wish for the wrong things because our dreams have gotten lost in our fears and in the confusion of our everyday lives. Seeking advice from someone who can see into your heart and soul will help you make the right wish on the right star so that your dreams will come true.

While the Death card foreshadows major internal change, the Tower is a sign of external transformation that eventually becomes spiritual and emotional growth. It’s the karmic forces sweeping into a person’s life to transform and breakdown old barriers. Like the lightning portrayed in most decks, the change is sudden, seemingly random and powerful. Unlike the Death card, the individual no longer has control over how the transformation happens or the rate in which it occurs.

This card is Karma in action. It is the accumulation of past actions and reactions to the challenges the Divine has presented. When a person stubbornly refuses to move forward or to grow, drastic action is taken to force the person to confront the inertia. It also represents upheaval, breakdowns and rapid removal of every belief, value and way of life that has become an obstacle to personal growth. The person no longer has the option of rejecting change.

During the time of the Tower, major life upheavals will occur. Jobs will be lost, relationships will end and dreams will die. Like the demolition of an old building to make room for a new, the clearing of the old ways is irreversible and permanent. Holding on will only prolong the pain and fear, while accepting the changes will help the healing and rebuilding process. In many ways it can be compared to a surgeon removing a cancer – although it brings about pain and fear, it is only temporary. The negative is removed to make room for positive and healthy personal growth.

Although the most apparent changes happen in the physical world, the external is only a reflection of the spiritual and emotional revolution that needs to happen. By clearing away the destructive elements of a person’s life, the constructive has room to flourish. New opportunities are created. New relationships are built on more healthy foundations. The Tower is actually the herald of a new life path emerging.

Tarot is an ancient and highly used system for giving someone a psychic reading. Tarot cards show the present, past and future with uncanny accuracy. Many PowerfulPsychics.com psychics use Tarot Care readings to give you a much fuller reading. As the Tarot Readers have told me over and over, "the cards don’t lie!" Once the tarot cards are laid down, whatever is there, is it. If something doesn’t make sense during your tarot reading, wait until the reading of the cards is done, and then ask questions to clarify something you don’t understand.

During any psychic or tarot reading you ever get, don’t forget to take notes! You may not understand exactly what the psychic is revealing from the cards at that moment, but give it time, and things often become very clear!

The next time you are confused about a decision you must make, try one of PowerfulPsychics.com’s many gifted Tarot readers! You might just get the answer you need!

The Tarot Energy Reading for May 8-13 is represented by the Eight of Swords. It will be a week of indecision and confusion as our fears try to control our lives. There will be many misunderstandings and frustrations, as what we attempt to say gets lost in the individuals’ issues. The more we attempt to clarify our meaning the worse the confusion well get.

Only by practicing patience, forgiveness and keeping our sense of humor will we be able to keep the positive energy freely moving in our lives.

The affirmation for the week: Confusion and misunderstandings can be avoided with a smile and a pleasant word.
